7. Spring & Fall
8. Heaven

8 Things I Did Yesterday:
1. Sean made me breakfast yesterday and I bit into the egg sandwich, it had a funny taste, so I was certain he tried to poison me. So, I had anxiety for much of the morning wondering how long exactly it takes to be killed by human consumption of poison. So, this posing the question as to WHY Sean would want to poison me! I have been a real SNIT lately. But, as you can see, I'm writing this post, so he didn't try to poison me, I'm just one visit closer to the Nut House ;)
2. Went to work
3. Had dinner at Panera with Jonathan & Sean
4. Ate Ice Cream from Costco (Chocolate with Strawberries)
5. Went for a walk with Jonathan, Sean, Holanda, & Josh on the Chehalis Trail
6. We all enjoyed left over "Penis Cake" from my Bridal Shower on Saturday. Yes, I said "Penis"
7. Put the Boy to Bed
8. Watched "New in Town" with Sean, Josh, and Holanda

8 Things I Wish I Could Do:
1. Be able to go to my Dad's house at any time!!
2. Run a sub 7 min. mile
3. Do more than one pull up
4. Move my ears, Jonathan would think I'm a super Mom
5. Move back to the Midwest or the South to Simplicity
6. Reap the benefits of eating Chocolate all day without the calories
7. Worry less
8. Had more time with J man

8 Shows I Watch:
1. Animal Planet with Jonathn
2. CMT every once in a while
4. Fox News
5. that's it, not big tv peeps......we do love a good movie though and Ice Age 3 COMES OUT TOMORROW!! Jonathan is seeing it with his Dad though. He gets to spend tomorrow until Tuesday with him before Eric deploys to Afghanistan on Tuesday. I hope they have a Wonderful Long Weekend Together!! And, maybe I can borrow one of my friends kids to take to see it. I did ask Jonathan if I could go see it with him, his Dad, and his Wife and Jonathan said "Mommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm" I of course said .......... What????????? ;)

Sean got home from his month in Yakima this week and on his day off yesterday, he worked, worked, and worked some more to almost complete our backyard. If you remember from an earlier post, this was just grass. We now have an extended patio and many great plants and tress to enjoy. We sat out in the FABULOUS weather this afternoon and enjoyed grilled chicken salads and talked about how funny the movie "the proposal" was that we saw last night! Sandra Bulluck is a riot!!
This tree is a Japanese Apple Blossom Tree, similar to a cherry blossom, but tends to be less diseased. I hope that next spring it will bloom gorgeously!
This here is a white Hydrangea. I love how Sean splattered some river rock around the patio pavers and the plants, I think it gives it a nice touch.
Sean, Jonathan, and I love the outdoors so much. Here in WA, it can sometimes be a challenge to enjoy it as much as we would like, so it was really important to us to make our backyard some place that we could sit out and enjoy. So, even though it's itty bitty, I think Sean has done a GREAT job transforming it into something much more enjoyable.
To the right in the empty flower bed are many tulip bulbs that have finally been cut back. I think I will add a pink blushing bride thorn less rose climber to keep the tulip bulbs company until they bloom again next spring!
Thank you Sean for all your hard work, I love it!!

Reuniting Keaton, Madison, and Jonathan on our Wonderfully Fun-Filled trip to Missouri this past weekend. Wow, Madison has sure sprouted and I was so
happy to see that her Mama has finally let her grow out those beautiful locks of hair!
I smell trouble, I smell serious trouble!! You never know what
is going to happen when these two boys are together. Jonathan and Keaton met at Sunday School at Westside Baptist Church some 4 plus yrs ago, went to pre-k together, moved from Missouri on the same exact day......although, for some reason God decided to have them move the furthest direction east to West Point New York, and moved us almost the furthest direction west to Fort Lewis, WA. We met them in the middle for this trip, what fun these boys had! Some things never change.......

Jonathan and Keaton measuring one another up. Don't let the picture fool you though, Jonathan might be a head taller, but Keaton has some serious bite to back up that bark ;)

My dear friend Teresa Pollman surprised me at a small surprise Bridal Shower given at Christi's house on Friday evening. Jonathan and I came back from the Rolla water park and there she was! Could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Teresa, hands down is the GREATEST mother I have ever met!! She is a great example of a Beautiful Christ Loving Woman who is by far the most optomistic and positive creature on earth! The two of us also had the opportunity to run the Volkslauff 10K Marine Run the following morning on Post in the Womens Individual Race, what fun we had catching up together after on the bus ride!
My dearest friend Misti (Mother of Keaton and Madison) and a GREAT FRIEND. She is such an inspiration for so many reasons and words just can not express how much I miss her. We were friends prior to our husbands deploying to Iraq together and kept eachother great company while they were gone. Under the circumstances, it was one of the best and most difficult of my 31 yrs, but we certainly made the best of it. The two of us & Our Children had great fun together. I continue to battle it out with up above about as to why, why, why we were moved so far apart ;) Misti always beautiful, and always gracious put together most of this bridal to due.
This picture is of the Westside Baptist Church Famous Ms. Barbara Laughlin (who does it ALL), Misti, Myself, Christi, and her twins to come......soon! Sophia Claire & Sienna Grace
So, yet another friend traveling from afar to Missouri too......, Ms. Amy Sharp once Missouri bound, traveled with her 4 and husband from Texas! Amy is so sweet, so soft spoken, and has patience that I will never obtain ;) I haven't seen Amy in two yrs, and it was as if it were just yesterday! Her newest addition, Baby Aaron was such a joy!!

Christi and I at her Dazzling Baby Shower. Christi is 7 1/2 Months pregnant with twin girls, doesn't she look great!! We had so much fun staying with her yet again on this trip to Missouri. Yet another precious friend of mine, she keeps me laughing and on my toes! She received so many cool gifts at the shower that her dear friend Kelley & Dawn threw for her. It was much fun, and I so much enjoyed helping her put together the gifts in her pink & black nursery! It's Darling!
Gunner, Keaton, and Jonathan up to absolutely no good at the Waynesville Park. Look at the color of Jonathan's face, is it obvious that we left 60 degree weather for 105 degrees & 100% humidity with the heat index. His poor face is the color of a cherry.
Triple Trouble!!!
Brooke, Jonathan, and Brianna! Jonathan just loved babying these girls (Christi's daugthers). They just loved all three sharing the recliner and watching mornin cartoons!
Ms. Patsy, Meg, and Mr. Pete.....all former co-workers of mine that met up with me for lunch on the post on Friday. Oh how Patsy makes me laugh with her stories. She is now retired and she told me of a story this time about how her husband fell out of the tree with his chainsaw in hand and landed on her neck and knocked her out just weeks after she retired. She said she thought as she smacked the ground "this is the shortest retirement recoreded in history" ;) She is just hillarious, I wish I was sitting next to her again and working. She is the one person I have met that loves Ice Cream as much as I do. We often ate some for an afternoon treat at work in the "good Ol days" ;) Thank you all three for a great lunch and conversation.
Now, does it really get better??????? Why YES it does!!!! These two ladies with me at CRACKER BARREL are Kathy Baker (my first Government Boss at Unit Movements) and Angela Solorzano (the first person I met when I got to Fort Leonard Wood, and the person who got me my position in Civil Service). Kathy is now working at SDDC at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, and Angela who works now on Fort Hood, TX. We all three met for Breakfast in St Louis, MO!! Kathy is the sweetest Woman on the Planet, she really is! And, Angela is the kindest!!! I miss them both terribly as well, it was so womderful to see them again. God blessed me tremendously by placing these two Women in my Life as soon as I moved to Missouri. Angela and I still talk almost daily and I sure hope that we all will be able to meet up again soon!!!!

Jonathan and I had fabulous time on trip to Missouri, Big Hugs and Kisses to you all, I love you all dearly!!!

Friends, HERE WE COME!!!!!!

Sean & I with my Dear Friend Christi's Precious daughters Brianna & Brooke Payne during a visit to Missouri last August. I wish I had a photo, but Christi is again pregnant with two more precious baby girls and due in August with her two peas in a pod. I will be there to celebrate at her baby shower this Saturday (yeah)!!!!! Jonathan and I are staying at Christi's house during our visit to Missouri and we absolutely Can NOT WAIT to see YOU!!!!! The count down is on!!
Jonathan's dearest friends......Madison and Keaton!! These pics are from a past trip to visit them in New York. It's been a very long 9 months since we have seen them last, but tomorrow morning we are on our way to MEET THEM IN MISSOURI! :) We have been so excited and it has been like waiting for Christmas morning......only 24 more hours until we board our flight!!
Madison, Jonathan, and Keaton celebrating Keaton's birthday on the Lawn of West Point enjoying cupcakes.
Time out, you two go sit in the corner and stay at the wall until you two can behave yourselves!!!! Ha, There is movie playing on the wall, doesn't show up in the picture, but it certainly is keeping these two geese out of trouble, for at least the amount of time it takes to gobble down a burger.
Mom, who cares that we traveled all the way across the country to see the Statue Of Liberty, there is some seriously cool trash down in this sewer!!!
My dearest Misti, our departing picture of a wonderful trip! Can't wait to see you!!!!

One of these days I will figure out how to post these photos in
order, but.... until then. J man is showing off the fish of the day.
Actually was Sean's fish, and if you look closely, Jonathan is literally
squeezing the guts out of this fish ;( . He was desperately trying to
hold tight of this fish.
We nibbled on fried chicken and Jonathan's smirk
is that of "victor" of the last piece!
Sean and Jonathan LOVE to fish!! This season has been
a lot more fishing, rather than catching ;) and they are both
full of joy with this little guy.
Look at J Man go!!!!!!!!!
This outing was at American Lake on Fort Lewis, WA........Home
to Sean's and my First Date fishing on his boat. Time flies when
were having FUN!!

Since Jonathan was just a wee bitty, he has found much
JOY at the Beach. A Native of the Carolina's where
he was born, he can amuse himself for hours......even at 60 degrees.
Jonathan raced me down to the Beach from our Cabin, he was
reminding me that he Won!

What a glorious pan!!! Can you imagine the Quantities ;)
With a hop, skip, and a jump......Jonathan was daring enough
to test the Northern Pacific Waters.
It was a beautiful sunset from our view.......
There is something about the Beach, no matter how chilly
it was, that soothes the soul. We walked up and down, enjoying the
sights, sounds, and great smells of this wonderfully beautiful gift.

Sean worked from dawn til dusk once again on the
backyard. After a few truckloads, he was able to
get all the gravel in place where the pavers
will go to extend our patio.

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww........
What a dirty boy ;) and a very handsome one at
that.
Hopefully in a few more days we will muster up
more energy to finish! We, by "we" I mean "Sean"
I'm done!!!
